DALMAC

August 29- September 2, 2013

Tent Set Up:

  • We set up your tent.
  • Small 2-3 person tent $105 with 2 bags or pieces of luggage.
  • Large 4-5 person tent $125 with 3 bags or pieces of luggage.
  • Extra Large 5-6 person tent $150 with 5 bags or pieces of luggage.
  • Extra piece of luggage $25
  • Luggage: 40lb maximum.

Includes tent setup and take down each day with your baggage waiting in your tent. Each day we transport your luggage to the next stop. We meet you at MSU to pickup your luggage and meet you at the final destination with your luggage.

There is no tent setup on Tuesday night at MSU.
We do not put tarps or plastic under tents. If you have an under-pad that is made for your tent from the manufacturer, we will use it.

Do not pack your tent in another piece of luggage; the tent being separate is not counted as a piece of luggage. Please check your tent for damage (broken poles or tears in the nylon) and make sure everything is in good working order, we cannot put up damaged equipment. No rate reduction if you don’t need your tent set up one of the days. If you don’t make it to Mackinaw City by 1:30pm your luggage will be left with the rest of the Dalmac luggage. Check-in is Tuesday from 7pm-8pm and Wednesday at 7am

Additional Options and Services:

  • Cooler rental with ice $30 for the week
  • Chair rental $20 for the week
  • Shuttle from Mackinaw City back to East Lansing $40 a person, leaves at 1:30pm
  • Hotel Shuttle $80 a person, ride with the days luggage to and from a hotel each day, 6:45 a.m. pickup each morning. We will send you a hotel list; please check with us before making other arrangements.

Michigander

July 14-21, 2013

Michigan Upper Peninsula Sight Seeing Road Ride

June 21-25, 2013

Guided road riding Tour, 30-40 miles a day, through the rolling back roads of the central UP. Each day we stop for lunch at some of the most scenic areas the UP has to offer.

Schedule:

  • 6-21 Meet in Lansing at 10 am. Drive to Newberry, ride around the city and stay the night.
  • 6-22 Ride Tahquamenon Falls/ White fish point, stay the night in Munising
  • 6-23 Ride Pictured Rock/Lake Superior shoreline, stay in Marquette
  • 6-24 Ride Marquette rail trail, stay in Mackinaw City
  • 6-25 Ride Mackinac Island, arrive back in Lansing between 4-5 pm

Sag Service included. We provide transportation from Lansing and at the end of the trip back to Lansing. Additionally, at the end of each day transportation to your lodging is provided. We also have most shop tools on board for any needed roadside repairs and equipment to cook just about anything you bring. You’re welcome to bring your own food with you.

Food and lodging are the rider’s responsibility. Designated hotels will be used and hotel information will be provided at the time of reservations.

North West Michigan Tour

June 7-10, 2013

We will ride the Leelanau Peninsula starting in Frankfort and end in Traverse City following M-22. Passing through scenic cherry farms and Michigan’s finest wineries.

Schedule:

  • 6-7 Ride form Frankfort to Glen Arbor
  • 6-8 Ride to Leland
  • 6-9 Ride to Northport
  • 6-10 Ride to Traverse City

Sag Service included. We provide transportation from Lansing and at the end of the trip back to Lansing. Additionally, at the end of each day transportation to your lodging is provided. We also have most shop tools on board for any needed roadside repairs and equipment to cook just about anything you bring. You're welcome to bring your own food with you.

Bike to Brew Tour

August 10-11 (optional pre-ride social on August 9)

Michigan Brew Tours presents: B2B - Bike to Brew Tour

A fully supported 2 day bike tour from brewery to brewery. Bike 25-35 miles on Michigan roads and rail trails per day. Finish each riding day with a VIP brewery tour, beer pairing dinner and hotel room. Pre-ride social at Tri-City Brewing in Bay City on Friday. Ride on Saturday in Bay City to Midland (25-35 miles). Ride on Sunday in Midland to Mt. Pleasant (30-35 miles) and have a beer with lunch and a brewery tour at Mt. Pleasant Brewing Company. This bike ride is fully supported with a SAG vehicle along the way and for transportation back from Mt. Pleasant to Bay City on Sunday.

Included in this bike tour:

Pre-ride social on Friday evening, 1 breakfast, 1 beer pairing lunch, 1 beer pairing dinner, 2 VIP brewery tours, hotel on Saturday, SAG Support, goodie bag and transportation back to your car in Bay City on Sunday. Optional Hotel stay in Bay City on Friday evening not included in ticket price.
